Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Supplier: GameLootz BV, located at [Street no., 1000 Brussels], Belgium, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number BE 0123.456.789, VAT no. BE 0123.456.789.

• Customer: Any natural or legal person who purchases products via the webshop.

• Agreement: Any agreement between the Supplier and the Customer regarding the purchase of items through the webshop www.gamelootz.be.

2. Applicability

2.1 These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the webshop.
2.2 Deviations or additional conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by the Supplier.

3. Offers and Prices

3.1 All prices on the website are in euros (€), including 21% VAT, excluding any shipping or administrative costs, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last.

4. Conclusion of the Agreement

4.1 The Customer places an order by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process.
4.2 After the order is submitted, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email. The agreement is concluded upon this confirmation.

5. Payment

5.1 Payments can be made through the available methods in the webshop (Bancontact, Payconiq, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
5.2 The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional payment conditions.

6. Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

6.1 Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer within Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and other EU countries, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Delivery time is indicative and generally ranges from 7–14 working days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted.
6.3 The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the products are delivered to the Customer or to a third party appointed by the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Withdrawal Policy Form)

7.1 Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes possession of the final product in the order.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Supplier by email (support@gamelootz.be).
7.4 After withdrawal, the Customer must return the products within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
7.5 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), the Supplier will refund the purchase amount (including standard shipping fees) within 14 days.

8. Warranty and Complaints

8.1 All delivered products are subject to statutory warranty provisions.
8.2 Complaints regarding condition, quality, or functioning must be reported by email within 7 days of discovery and no later than 14 days after delivery.
8.3 If a complaint is justified, the Supplier will offer repair, replacement, or refund, at their discretion.

9. Liability

9.1 The Supplier’s liability is limited to direct damage suffered by the Customer and to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant agreement.
9.2 The Supplier is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, missed savings, or consequential damage.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the webshop and its content (such as texts, images, logos) belong to the Supplier or its licensors. Nothing from the site may be copied, reproduced, or published without prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GameLootz Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and is available at www.gamelootz.be/privacy.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law, even if the execution takes place in whole or in part abroad.
12.2 Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Brussels.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Supplier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on www.gamelootz.be/terms-and-conditions and shall take effect from the date of publication.
