Fifa FUT 23 Event

- After paying your registration fee you will receive an email 4 days before the start with the time of your match and from which Gamelootz player you can expect an invite.

- Eand player can register for both zSaturday as before Sunday.

- The event starts at 10am local time (Belgium) on both Saturday and Sunday.
- A registered player plays 1 match against a Gamelootz Player where the match result determines whether you win or lose.

- Each player is expected to be visible online on Fifa FUT 23 10 minutes before the start.
- You will receive an ingame invite from one of our Gamelootz Players so that the match can start.
- Each match is monitored and judged by the Gamelootz board.

- The match result will be displayed on the website along with random ingame Highlights.

- EEach match lasts 20 minutes incl. invite.
- A player may be up to 5 minutes late. After 5 min. official time  (Noshow ) = match won by Gamelootz.
- Disconnection by the registered player or abandonment of a match is irrevocably lost.
- Disconnection by Gamelootz through a connection problem then the player will be placed in the prize pool and will be considered as won. ( The Gamelootz board will carefully assess whether this disconnection is a malfunction realized by Gamelootz. )
- Each Player plays with his own FUT team both Solo and Duo are allowed. If the registered player plays in Duo team and wins, if this player is drawn in the prize pool as the winner, it will go to the address of the registered player and not to the collaborating player in this Duo party.

- Keep it neat and watch your language.

- It is not allowed to spam Gamelootz players with Online messages nor to yell / curse at the in-game microphone.
- The Gamelootz board will, if necessary, consider the match lost as a result of Fairplay and disrespectful behavior whereby the registration fee will also not be reclaimed from the registered player. ( Gamelootz judges every match for professionalism and fairness )

- Any player who wins the match against one of our Gamelootz players will be put into the prize pool.

- After a win, you will be notified by email with the draw notification at the end of the last game on Saturday night and Sunday night.

- 1 winner will be drawn on Sunday and 1 winner on Saturday between all participants who won the match against a Gamelootz player and an additional winner will be selected by Gamelootz with the best Goal of the event. 

- If you have won or been drawn from the prize pool, your prize ( EA FC 24 Game ) will be sent to the specified entryaddress and you will be contacted by Gamelootz. Or if it concerns a Digital version, an amount of € 65 will be transferred to the won player.
